About Us

Greens and Proteins opened the doors of our first restaurant back in 2011. At that time, the QSR landscape was dominated by “burgers and fries” fast food chains that sacrificed quality for convenience and low prices. Our founders strived to create a restaurant that they would want to eat at themselves, with fresh flavors, short wait times, and healthy ingredients. Greens and Proteins was born and soon began expanding.
