About Us

Greens and Proteins opened the doors of our first restaurant back in 2011. At that time, the QSR landscape was dominated by “burgers and fries” fast food chains that sacrificed quality for convenience and low prices. Our founders strived to create a restaurant that they would want to eat at themselves, with fresh flavors, short wait times, and healthy ingredients. Greens and Proteins was born and soon began expanding.

Our franchisees spend nine days taking part in Greens and Proteins 101, a comprehensive training program held at our headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. There, they learn the insider secrets of our systems and processes and get many valuable tools to keep their restaurant running smoothly.
